SS Exhibitors is an organization which organises Trade Fair and Expo’s mainly in field of Optics. We are organizing these events since 2015 and taking it a step further, post covid, we decided to take most of the information and necessary update via website itself making it as much paperless as we can. This website gives every ease to visitor and exhibitor to use it based on following conditions:

1. Information provided by the user is their own responsibility and they take onus of the information they are providing.
2. Website can use this information to update the respective people about the updates, new information etc about the event.
3. Website can send emails to the registered users updating them about the event, news, latest and upcoming.
4. Visitor and exhibitor forms are FREE of cost and website do not charge any fee for the same.
